Primarily a specialised job site for experienced investment-banking
practitioners, Capital Market Jobs Ltd also offers Graduates
the opportunity to post their CV on our system in order to
directly attract the attention of Recruiters within this industry.
With no direct securities related experience, your Profile
will mainly consist of your full educational details and a
free text area where you may try to differentiate yourself
from Graduates with similar grades. To this Profile you will
attach your CV that can be directly downloaded on-line to
a recruiter on request. You will retain complete control
over your CV throughout the process.
Similar to the experienced Candidate section, there are various
levels of anonymity to ensure that none of your details can
be seen by institutions that you may have already interviewed
with or indeed wish to approach through some other means.

The aim of this service is not to just cover the annual intake,
year out or holiday placements, we will also be encouraging
our Clients to either post all vacancies that they have for
non-market experience Graduates, or at least search our registrations
before looking externally. Please note that we do not advertise
for any other agency nor will we allow anyone other than our
registered capital market Clients’ access to your Profile.
Anonymity Controls
- Encryption. When a Candidate/Graduate registers
all their contact details (including the email address used
to correspond directly with Clients) are hidden by security
encryption unless they specifically request that these details
be shown.
- Blocking. Again during the registration process,
Graduates have the option of blocking several institutions
from even accessing their Profile. These can be current,
previous employers, or institutions you are already interviewing
with. Please note that your Profile can only be seen by
Clients authorised to access the system by us - and that
should any of those chosen institutions sign up at a later
date, the “blocking” is retroactive.
- Final CV Release. Through a pre-designated request
and responses checklist, any institution requesting to see
your CV on-line will advise you who they are – and
only you can release it! Similarly, should CMJ act for
a Client on an industry specific Graduate search and have
made up a short list of Candidates to be presented, we guarantee
to seek the same authorisation to release before forwarding
any CVs.
